We would like to tell you a few words about our gymnasium 22 which is quite big and modern. There are about 1000 students in our school. Our head teacher is strict but very clever and honest. Teachers at our school are the best. They perfectly understand pupils and teach well.

The gymnasium is famous for its high-quality education. It is very well-equipped. There are a lot of classrooms, and part of them has interactive equipments. Best of all we enjoy having classes using interactive boards and computers, because they are interesting and exciting. On the ground floor there is a choreographic common-room, a puppet theatre and a canteen, where we can have tasty lunch during breaks. Oh the first floor there is a modern assembly hall, a big gym. On t1he second floor there is a nice library.

We go to school six days a week. Classes begin at 8.30 in the morning. But we usually come to school fifteen minutes earlier. Each lesson lasts forty-five minutes. Every day we have 5-6 lessons. The lessons are over at two o’clock in the afternoon. At school we have classes in Russian, Literature, Mathematics, Biology, Geography, Physics, Chemistry, History, Computer programming, German, English. Students begin to study foreign languages at elementary school. We also have Music, Physical education, Arts and crafts.

After classes we usually don’t go home right away.  We have some out-of-classes activities. Our social and cultural life is well-organized. For example, we have choir and arts club and such out-of-classes activities as different concerts, festivals, discos, excursions and so on. Most of all we like festivals and excursions.

We like our school very much and it’s no wonder that recently our gymnasium has been recognized by one of the best school of our town.
